Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Time

Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location and item. We ship every order within 30 days of purchase, in accordance with FTC shipping rules — if we ever expect a longer delay, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier’s confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at orders@solidelle.com and we will help investigate.

Occasionally, weather, customs, or carrier delays occur that are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any known delays affecting your order.
