These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of solidelle.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors, cancel orders arising from such errors, and change prices at any time without notice for future orders.

2. Orders & Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, error, or unauthorized/prohibited activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Shipping

Shipping timeframes and terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site’s operation.

This site and its products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solidelle’s total liability for any claim arising from your order or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Solidelle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Solidelle harmless from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Solidelle each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing orders@solidelle.com within 30 days of your first order, stating your intent to opt out.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Solidelle is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
